Obviously, you wish to organize and manage your different blogs effectively. This is why I’ve added the possibility to tag the blogs. By tagging blogs, they can easily be categorized. The tag manager can be found over at dashboard - blogs - tags. This page creates a clear overview of all the tags created.
Adding a tag
In the right hand side corner of the screen, you’ll find the option to create a tag.
Clicking this will reload the page and make a form appear. By filling in the handle and name for every available
language, you just created a tag! When you’re happy with the handle and name you’ve just given to your blog, simply hit save and watch in awe as the tag appears in the list.
Editing a tag
There’s always the option to edit an existing tag by clicking on the name or table row, found on the overview
page. The form containing the data of the selected tag will appear. This form is where you can edit your existing tags. Just don’t forget to save your progress when you’re done!
Deactivate or delete a tag
You can deactivate or delete a tag by visiting the edit page of that specific tag. The top right hand side corner
shows two buttons: deactivate tag and delete.
Clicking on the deactivate tag button will make the current tag disappear from your website. However, the tag
will still be linked to the original blog post. When you deactivated the tag, the button previously reading
deactivate tag will magically change to activate tag, we’re sure you know what this button then does. (hint, it re-
activates your tag and makes it visible on your website once again.)
Deleting a tag will remove the tag permanently. Only use this option if you’re 100% certain that you can get rid
of the tag. The tag won’t be linked to the blog any longer and will be permanently deleted from the website.
